To implement a new system is often a difficult and
daunting task, as getting to grips with new procedures
together with the day to day management of the school often stretches
resources. Here at i-Schools we have
strived to take the stress out of the implementation. Some common

Support and updates?
We take the issue of support to be as important as the software system itself. We have a dedicated support team that are available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Software updates are automatic covering new features and legislative changes. These are provided as part of the annual maintenance fee.
Can I change the reports?
Yes, you can change any of the reports. The standard reports have been designed using the Report Designer that is supplied as part of the system. New reports can also be developed and we have a comprehensive library of specialist reports all available free.
What can it integrate with?
Comprehensive integration with MS Excel and MS Word is standard. Integration is seamless - no import/export. Data is connected automatically into your spreadsheet or document for mail merge etc.
If you use Sage accounting for your financials, integration is available from the fees module to the Sage sales or nominal ledgers.
What about our existing data?
Yes, this is the question we are asked most
about. Often data is dispersed across various spreadsheets and
documents. As part of our startup service we gather as much information
available and convert it ready prior to installation. For more
