The Staff module captures important information about teaching staff, supply teachers, classroom assistants and temporary staff. A powerful Timetabling option is included.

Admin

The Administration module provides a wide range of features that will help run the school efficiently. Update registers using mobiles and tablets remotely, e-mail/sms to any group of parents are just some of the standard features.

Fees and invoices

The Fees ledger system is based on a comprehensive pupils database which forms an integral part of the administration system. Invoices can be run by school, year or single pupil and can be split. Comprehensive debtors reports are available including enquiries with drill-down.

Suppliers

The two main functions of the Suppliers module is to process incoming invoices and to raise purchase orders to track supplies and provide commitment accounting if required. A product file can be used for repeat items making it easy to create new purchase orders.

Nominal and financials

The Nominal Ledger module integrates seamlessly with all other financial processes of the system bringing together the complete status of the school business giving comprehensive management controls and budgetary analysis. The flexible nominal code structure allows for departmental controls.

Payroll

The Payroll module provides a full range of features all compliant with HMRC standards. It is fully supported to incorporate legislative and budget updates. Payments can be made by direct links with on-line banking systems.

Assets and equipment

Managing your internal assets could not be easier. The module allows the capture of assets as they are acquired with a comprehensive set of data fields for capturing key information such as dates, values, serial numbers, location, department and life expectancy.

Pricing is on a per module per user basis using a sliding scale dependent on the number of pupils in the school or college making i-Schools the most competitively priced system available today.

Pricing is based on a one-off purchase cost or 'pay as you go'.

Annual support costs which include all updates is normally 20% of the software cost.
